Superintendent Dr. Justin Robertson

Hamilton County Schools is committed to creating opportunity by design for every student. Opportunity 2030 is our seven-year strategic plan to ensure all children thrive, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and supports to pursue a future without limits.
This plan reflects the voices of our families, educators, and community partners. It centers on five core commitments:
Our Commitments
Every Student Belongs
in safe, inclusive environments that foster connection and well-being.
Every School Equipped
with the tools and resources to meet student needs.
Every Employee Valued
through investment in professional growth and workplace satisfaction.
Every Community Served
by engaging families and partners to support life-ready graduates.
Rooted in the belief that public education is a shared responsibility, Opportunity 2030 lays the foundation for a stronger future for our students, our schools, and our community.
OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
The Hamilton County Schools Central Office is organized around the Superintendent’s Senior Leadership Team, which is made up of the Deputy Superintendent, seven chief officers, one officer, five executive directors, and five learning community superintendents. These individuals lead the functional areas of the District with a focus on ensuring all students thrive and experience a future without limits.
